As the Remote Shift Manager, you are the heartbeat of your assigned shift. You will be responsible for real-time problem solving, resource allocation, and providing the mentorship necessary to keep your team motivated and efficient. You will bridge the gap between upper management’s strategic goals and the team’s daily execution, ensuring a frictionless workflow across different time zones.

Salary Range

$58,000 – $82,000 USD per year (Depending on experience and certifications)

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

• Monitor real-time performance metrics to ensure all shift targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct daily virtual huddles to align the team on goals and address immediate bottlenecks.
• Provide consistent, constructive feedback and conduct monthly performance reviews.

Operational Oversight

• Manage workforce scheduling and attendance to ensure 100% coverage during critical hours.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for complex technical or operational issues.
• Implement process improvements to reduce turnaround time and increase output quality.

Communication & Reporting

• Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports for the Regional Director.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers to ensure a seamless hand-off between rotations.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-morale virtual culture.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional who thrives in an autonomous environment and possesses the “ownership” mindset. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, or Jira) and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate a diverse team and manage conflict remotely.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
