Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend services using Java, Go, or Python.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance to handle millions of concurrent requests with minimal latency.
• Lead code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, security, and maintainability across the codebase.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop internal tools to streamline the DevOps pipeline.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically within a cloud-native environment.
• Deep proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python).
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, specifically utilizing Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
• Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and message brokers like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
