About the Role

As our Remote Director of Clinical Services, you’ll serve as the strategic leader responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical care delivery across all patient touchpoints. Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with minimum of 7 years clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated success in clinical quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Strong proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing remote or distributed teams
• Experience with regulatory compliance, accreditation processes, and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as Director or senior clinical leadership in a remote or hybrid healthcare setting

Salary & Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $110,000 – $145,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a complete benefits package and performance incentives that recognize your contributions to our clinical success.
