About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and tolerance stack‑up calculations to validate designs.
- Create rapid prototypes (3D‑printed, CNC‑machined) and oversee iterative testing.
- Work closely with suppliers to source components, generate BOMs, and ensure manufacturability.
- Document design decisions, generate DFM/DFA reports, and maintain engineering change orders.
- Participate in virtual design reviews, sprint planning, and agile retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3‑7 years of hands‑on experience designing consumer‑grade mechanical products.
