About the Role

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed material take‑offs, labor forecasts, and risk analyses. Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

• Conduct quantity take‑offs using blueprints, CAD drawings, and BIM models.
• Prepare comprehensive cost proposals, including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.

• Maintain and update estimating databases and pricing databases with the latest market rates.

Requirements

Salary Range
