Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Proven experience (1+ years) in janitorial or cleaning services, preferably in a similar setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and using cleaning equipment.
• Reliable transportation to access assigned work locations (within Florida).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
