About the Role

As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention for patients across various settings via secure teletherapy platforms. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and special education staff, to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver effective, engaging, and clinically sound teletherapy sessions using secure platforms.
• Provide family/caregiver education and training to support carryover of skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and educators to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress reports.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
• Current, valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering teletherapy services (preferred).
• Strong proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric populations (e.g., early intervention, schools).
• Experience working with adult populations (e.g., stroke, neurogenic disorders).
• Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems.
• Experience in specific settings (e.g., schools, skilled nursing facilities, home health).
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance in a teletherapy context.
