About the Role

As our Director of Clinical Services, you will be the strategic architect and operational leader for our clinical programs. You will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient care standards across our remote workforce. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, safety, and efficiency of the clinical services delivered to our patients, setting the benchmark for excellence in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the clinical strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of Clinical Managers and Supervisors, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Establish and monitor clinical quality metrics, driving improvements in patient outcomes and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, JCAHO) and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Marketing to integrate clinical services seamlessly into the patient experience.
• Analyze clinical data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Represent the organization in external forums and partnerships related to clinical services.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including 5+ years in a Director/Manager role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading remote or distributed clinical teams.
• Extensive experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with relevant clinical management software and data analysis tools.
