In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse and the road. Your goal is to maximize efficiency while ensuring every driver remains compliant with federal regulations and safety standards.

Salary Range

$65,000 – $85,000 USD/year (Depending on experience and certifications)

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Orchestration & Dispatch

You will coordinate daily schedules, assign loads based on driver availability, and optimize routes to reduce fuel costs and delivery times. You will use advanced logistics software to ensure that every shipment arrives on time and every driver is utilized to their full potential.

Compliance & Safety Oversight

Utilize your knowledge of DOT regulations to monitor Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs). You will ensure that all drivers are adhering to mandatory rest periods and safety protocols, reducing company liability and protecting our most valuable assets—our drivers.

Driver Support & Communication

Serve as the voice of reason and support for our drivers. You will handle conflict resolution, provide navigation assistance, and conduct remote check-ins to ensure driver wellness and mental health, knowing exactly what it feels like to be behind the wheel for 11 hours a day.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Driver (CDL-A preferred) with a clean driving record.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and basic Microsoft Office Suite.
