Stop the endless grind of the open road and transition your expertise into a high-paying remote career. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fleet operations, ensuring seamless delivery cycles and driver safety from the comfort of your own home.

About the Role

Are you a seasoned driver who knows the road like the back of your hand but is ready to trade the sleeper cab for a home office? As a Remote Logistics Coordinator for SwiftPath Logistics, you will leverage your real-world trucking experience to manage a fleet of over 50 drivers. This is not a driving role; it is a strategic management position designed for someone who understands the nuances of HOS (Hours of Service), route optimization, and the daily challenges faced by drivers on the road.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse and the road. You will be responsible for dispatching, monitoring real-time GPS tracking, and troubleshooting delays before they become problems. Your goal is to maximize efficiency while ensuring every driver remains compliant with federal regulations and safety standards.

Salary Range

$65,000 – $85,000 USD/year (Depending on experience and certifications)

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Orchestration & Dispatch

You will coordinate daily schedules, assign loads based on driver availability, and optimize routes to reduce fuel costs and delivery times. You will use advanced logistics software to ensure that every shipment arrives on time and every driver is utilized to their full potential.

Compliance & Safety Oversight

Utilize your knowledge of DOT regulations to monitor Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs). You will ensure that all drivers are adhering to mandatory rest periods and safety protocols, reducing company liability and protecting our most valuable assets—our drivers.

Driver Support & Communication

Serve as the voice of reason and support for our drivers. You will handle conflict resolution, provide navigation assistance, and conduct remote check-ins to ensure driver wellness and mental health, knowing exactly what it feels like to be behind the wheel for 11 hours a day.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Driver (CDL-A preferred) with a clean driving record.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and basic Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between corporate goals and road realities.
  • Home Office Setup: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace to manage high-volume communications.
  • Location: Must be a legal resident of Texas to comply with regional tax and payroll regulations.

Why Join SwiftPath Logistics?

True Work-Life Balance

No more missed birthdays, holidays, or weekends away from family. This 100% remote position allows you to maintain a professional career while being present for the moments that matter most. Your “commute” is now a walk from your bedroom to your desk.

Competitive Compensation & Perks

Beyond the competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including premium health, dental, and vision insurance. We also provide a monthly stipend for home office upgrades and high-speed internet reimbursement.

Career Growth

We believe in promoting from within. By transitioning from the road to management, you are entering a leadership pipeline that can lead to Regional Operations Manager or Director of Logistics roles within the company.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate is someone who is tired of the physical toll of long-haul trucking but loves the logistics and strategy of the industry. You are a problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure when a shipment is delayed or a vehicle breaks down. If you have a passion for the trucking industry and a desire to lead others toward success, this is the transition you have been waiting for.
