About the Role

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Bright Horizons, you’ll provide evidence‑based therapy to adults, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Utilizing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma‑informed care, you’ll conduct individual and group sessions via secure video platforms, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 45‑minute therapy sessions with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA‑compliant electronic health records.
• Participate in weekly supervision and peer‑consultation meetings.
• Navigate crisis situations, including suicide risk assessments and safety planning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the U.S.

Salary Range
