About the Role

This is not just another driving job; it’s a career partnership built on transparency and driver satisfaction. • Estimated Annual Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000 USD/year
  • Pay structure: Competitive CPM (cents per mile) with guaranteed minimum weekly pay.
  • Performance bonuses for safety, fuel efficiency, and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent our brand with integrity.

What We’re Looking For

We partner with the best drivers in Florida, and we expect the same level of professionalism from you. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, safety-first operator who values clear communication and predictable home time.

  • Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable, recent over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
  • Must be a resident of Florida with the ability to report to a designated home terminal for dispatch and equipment.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • Proven ability to be home at least every 7-10 days with scheduled, reliable time off.
