About the Role

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will provide evidence‑based psychotherapy and crisis intervention to clients of all ages through secure video, phone, and chat sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via our HIPAA‑compliant telehealth platform.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other modalities.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in weekly case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Facilitate client self‑care education and provide psycho‑education to families when appropriate.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to stay current with best practices.

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in a U.S. state.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client counseling experience, preferably in a telehealth or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities and ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client‑centered approach.
• Proficiency with digital tools, including videoconferencing software and EHR systems.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, ethical practice, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Salary Range
