About the Role

As a Remote Attorney & Legal Strategist, you will serve as the cornerstone of our legal operations, providing expert counsel on complex matters ranging from corporate transactions to regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will involve drafting and reviewing contracts, advising senior leadership, and leading cross-functional projects that shape our clients’ strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and analyze a wide array of legal documents including M&A agreements, joint venture contracts, and licensing agreements.
• Conduct legal research and deliver concise, actionable recommendations on emerging regulatory trends.
• Lead virtual client meetings, presenting clear legal strategies and managing expectations.
• Develop and maintain a robust knowledge base of best practices for remote legal work.

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States (state of practice required).

Experience & Skills

Salary Range

$120,000 – $180,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
