Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or a closely related mental health field.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
• Proven expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed care.
• Exceptional active listening, empathy, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
