Key Responsibilities

Patient Coordination & Virtual Triage

• Conduct virtual patient intake interviews to gather medical histories and current symptoms.
• Coordinate prescriptions and refills between patients and pharmacies via secure digital portals.
• Manage patient queues and ensure all necessary documentation is uploaded prior to telehealth appointments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing clear instructions and empathetic support.

Clinical Administration

Requirements
