About the Role

You will be responsible for creating detailed structural models, performing load analyses, and ensuring compliance with international building codes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop structural concepts and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000.
• Perform static and dynamic analysis for gravity, wind, seismic, and thermal loads.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare calculation reports, design memos, and construction documentation for client review.
• Participate in virtual design reviews and provide technical guidance during project execution.
• Stay current with industry standards (ACI, AISC, Eurocode) and emerging sustainable practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (PE license preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design for commercial or residential projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE) and BIM tools (Revit, Tekla).
• Strong understanding of concrete, steel, and timber design principles.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a remote setting.
