About the Role

As a Remote Travel Adviser, you are the architect of experience. You will manage the full travel planning lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from initial consultation and destination research to booking flights, accommodations, tours, and providing 24/7 support during trips. This is a high-touch, advisory role where your expertise, personal travel insights, and problem-solving skills directly create lifelong memories. You will leverage our proprietary booking platform and global supplier network to secure the best value and unique experiences for every client.

A Day in the Life of a Remote Travel Adviser

Your day is dynamic and client-centric. Mornings might involve video consultations with a honeymooning couple dreaming of an Italian villa, followed by deep-dive research on sustainable safari lodges. Afternoons are for crafting personalized proposals, negotiating with suppliers for exclusive perks, and finalizing bookings. You’ll wrap up by responding to client pre-departure questions and documenting all details in our CRM. The best part? You structure your day to maximize productivity and personal life balance, with no micromanagement—just results-driven autonomy.

Requirements

We need advisers who are as organized as they are inspired. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven Experience: 2+ years in a travel sales, planning, or hospitality advisory role. A track record of exceeding sales targets and building client loyalty is essential.
• Destination Expertise: Deep, personal knowledge of at least 2-3 major geographic regions (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia, Caribbean, North American national parks). Certifications like a Destination Specialist are a huge plus.
• Tech-Savvy Communication: Mastery of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), GDS (Sabre, Amadeus) or major booking platforms, and flawless written/verbal communication. You must thrive in a digital, paperless environment.
• Consultative Sales Mindset: You listen first, sell second. Your ability to uncover client needs, educate on options, and build trust is your superpower.
• Self-Motivation & Discipline: Proven ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-based role with a strong draw against commission to ensure stability during your ramp-up period. Your total compensation is uncapped and directly tied to your success.

Salary Range

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year (Base Draw + Commission). Top-performing advisers consistently earn $80,000 – $100,000+ annually by leveraging our high-margin products and building a robust clientele. We provide all the tools, training, and marketing support you need to maximize your income.
