What You’ll Do

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care, assisted living, or patient care settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport virtually
• Comfortable using video conferencing platforms, electronic health records, and patient monitoring technology
• Excellent active listening skills and patience when working with elderly or chronically ill patients
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Salary Range

$35,000 – $55,000 USD/year

Salary depends on experience, certifications, and location. Additional compensation available for overtime, evening shifts, and bilingual candidates.
