Key Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to produce accurate quantity takeoffs and material lists.
• Research current supplier catalogs, labor rates, and equipment rental costs to build realistic unit prices.

• Collaborate with senior estimators and project controls to refine estimates throughout design development and construction phases.
• Maintain and continuously update a centralized cost database, ensuring that historical data informs future estimates.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a minimum of three years of hands‑on estimating experience within commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction.
