About the Role

They seek a skilled Structural Engineer to perform analysis, design, and documentation for a variety of building types. Key Responsibilities

• Develop structural models and calculations using industry‑standard software (ETABS, SAP2000, Revit Structure, or similar).
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents that comply with local, state, and federal codes.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Perform site‑visit reviews (virtual or occasional in‑person) to verify compliance with design intent.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Stay current with emerging materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain one within 12 months.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency with analysis and design software; familiarity with BIM workflows is a plus.
• Strong understanding of relevant codes (IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, etc.).
