About the Remote Role
As a Remote Clinical Psychologist, you will function as a core member of our clinical team, managing a full caseload of individual therapy clients. Key Clinical & Administrative Duties
- Conduct initial diagnostic assessments and ongoing treatment evaluations via secure video conferencing.
- Provide individual, evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic) to adults and/or adolescents.
- Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering to all legal and ethical standards including HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and scheduled peer consultation/supervision groups.
- Manage your own schedule within our core operational hours, ensuring minimal client wait times.
- Stay current with best practices in telehealth delivery and contribute to practice quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Credentials & Experience
- Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in at least two U.S. states (PsyD or PhD).

- Demonstrated experience and comfort with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools.
- Strong proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis (DSM-5/ICD-10), and treatment planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both clinical and administrative contexts.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a private and professional home office space, and a computer that meets our security specifications.
Preferred Attributes
- Board certification (ABPP) or working towards it.
