About the Role

As our Financial Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our organization’s financial health. What You’ll Do

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to improve profitability
• Prepare board-level presentations and board meeting materials
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across the organization

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive financial management experience
• Strong knowledge of financial software systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Experience in remote or hybrid work environments is a plus
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills

Salary Range

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 – $120,000 USD per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and proven track record. We offer a competitive benefits package and performance-based bonuses.
