Key Responsibilities

Cost Analysis & Quantification

You will perform detailed take-offs and quantify all materials and labor requirements. By utilizing advanced estimating software, you will ensure that no detail is overlooked, minimizing risk and preventing cost overruns during the construction phase.

Bid Management

You will prepare and submit formal proposals and bid packages. This includes negotiating with vendors to secure the best pricing for materials and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure competitive labor quotes.

Strategic Collaboration

Working via Zoom and Slack, you will participate in pre-bid meetings to understand project scopes and provide technical insights that help the sales team close more deals.

Requirements
