About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Remote IT Manager to oversee daily technology operations, lead IT support teams, manage infrastructure projects, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable systems across the organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technology partner to leadership, departments, vendors, and internal teams. What You’ll Do

  • Lead IT operations, including help desk support, network administration, system maintenance, endpoint management, and infrastructure planning.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor IT staff, vendors, contractors, and support specialists to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery plans, cybersecurity controls, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee cloud platforms, business applications, SaaS tools, network performance, data backups, and security monitoring.
  • Track service tickets, resolve escalated technical issues, monitor SLAs, and improve response times across support functions.
  • Plan and execute IT projects such as system upgrades, security improvements, hardware refreshes, software deployments, and workflow automation.
  • Partner with executives and department leaders to align technology investments with business priorities and long-term growth.
  • Manage IT budgets, software licenses, hardware procurement, vendor contracts, and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, infrastructure management, or technology leadership.
  • Proven experience managing IT teams, vendors, service desks, or technical projects in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, asset management, backup solutions, and monitoring platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into clear business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role while maintaining accountability and visibility.
