About the Role

As a Remote Freight, Stock, and Material Mover, you’ll serve as the central hub for coordinating physical goods movement across our national distribution network. You’ll work with carriers, warehouse partners, and internal teams to track shipments, manage inventory flow, and resolve logistics challenges in real-time. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate freight movements and track shipments through digital tracking systems and carrier portals
• Manage inventory levels and material flow across multiple distribution points using warehouse management software
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely delivery and pickup schedules
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and routing issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of all freight movements, stock transfers, and material handling activities
• Optimize routing and loading strategies to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

Experience and Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
• Strong proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and inventory software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with carriers and team members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical abilities to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
• Basic mathematical skills for calculating weights, volumes, and shipping costs

Compensation
