About the Role

As a Remote Travel Adviser, you’ll be the trusted expert helping clients plan their dream vacations, business trips, and adventure getaways. You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel packages to create personalized itineraries that exceed client expectations.

This position offers complete flexibility—you’ll manage your own schedule while connecting with travelers via phone, email, and video calls. What You’ll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Create detailed travel itineraries and provide competitive pricing quotes
• Handle bookings, reservations, and confirmations through our booking systems
• Provide expert advice on travel documents, visas, insurance, and health precautions
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, hotels, and tour operators to ensure quality service
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry promotions
• Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, excursions, and premium upgrades

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related industry
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$35,000 – $65,000 USD/year (plus commissions and bonuses)
