About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain micro‑services and APIs using modern languages such as Go, Java, or Python.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong foundation in distributed systems.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Java, Python, or similar) and experience with RESTful or gRPC APIs.
• Hands‑on expertise with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable managing your own schedule in a remote‑first environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event‑driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) or streaming platforms.
