About the Role

You’ll serve as a trusted diagnostic partner for hospitals, imaging centers, and urgent care networks nationwide—providing evening, night, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed. Our remote-first model ensures seamless integration with existing clinical workflows via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Interpreting 100–150+ studies per week (flexible based on preference)
• Generating clear, timely reports with actionable clinical insights
• Collaborating with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in peer reviews and quality assurance initiatives

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology by the ABIR or AOBR
• Active, unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility for compact license)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical radiology experience post-residency
• Proficiency in interpreting general radiology, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy
• Experience with PACS, RIS, and teleradiology workflows preferred

Nice-to-Haves

• Subspecialty fellowship training (e.g., Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Emergency)
• Teaching or academic experience (e.g., residency mentorship)
• Favorable malpractice history and current tail coverage

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$425,000 – $575,000 USD/year, based on experience, volume, and shift preferences (evenings/nights/command pay differentials included).
