About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations, ensuring high service standards and equipment availability.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of hire consultants, fostering a collaborative and safety‑first culture.
• Drive sales targets by identifying customer needs, upselling equipment, and managing key accounts.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate deliveries and returns, and maintain accurate stock records.
