Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager, COO, or equivalent senior operational leadership role.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding financial targets, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and budget management.
  • Extensive experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams in a remote or hybrid model.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making; mastery of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills—adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively via video calls, Slack, and written documents.
