About the Role

Key Responsibilities & Impact

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the annual business plan, translating corporate strategy into actionable, measurable goals for your remote team.
• P&L Ownership: Manage comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
• Team Orchestration: Recruit, mentor, and lead a cohort of remote managers and individual contributors. Champion our culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration across time zones.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize cross-functional workflows, technology stacks, and processes to maximize efficiency and quality in a digital-first setting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a track record of managing complex, P&L-responsible operations, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or digital services environment. Success in this fully remote role demands exceptional self-motivation, superlative written and verbal communication, and a innate ability to build trust without physical proximity.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager, COO, or equivalent senior operational leadership role.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding financial targets, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and budget management.
• Extensive experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams in a remote or hybrid model.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making; mastery of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM/ERP systems.
• Outstanding communication skills—adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively via video calls, Slack, and written documents.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus.

Salary Range

$110,000 – $160,000 USD/year (Base salary is commensurate with experience and geographic market differentials, within a defined range.)
