Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to 911 emergency calls across Oneonta and Delaware County.
• Assess each scene, determine the appropriate level of care, and provide basic and advanced life support.
• Stabilise patients, administer medication, and perform necessary interventions following clinical protocols.
• Document patient information accurately and communicate hand‑over reports to receiving medical facilities.
• Collaborate with fire, police and other emergency services to ensure coordinated response.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles and medical supplies in a ready state.
