Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and cultivate your own client leads through digital marketing, social media, networking, and our provided lead systems.

  • Base Draw (for first 90 days): $2,500 – $4,000/month* (non-recoverable draw to help you launch).
  • Commission Split: 70% to you / 30% to the brokerage on the first $100k in gross commission per transaction, graduating to 85%/15% as you hit production tiers.
  • Estimated Annual Range: $55,000 – $300,000+ USD/year. The low end reflects part-time or new agent activity; top producers in our network consistently earn $200k-$500k+.
