Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or eligibility for multistate licensure requirements.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent ICU, critical care, step-down, telemetry, or acute care nursing experience.
  • Strong clinical judgment with the ability to interpret patient data and prioritize care needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration with providers, patients, and care teams.
  • Comfort working independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision.
