Job Summary

Join Dotti in Botany, Auckland as an Assistant Store Manager. Work 32.75 hours per week supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coach, develop and provide constructive feedback to a team of sales advisors.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented to Dotti’s brand guidelines.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock takes and liaise with the back‑office for replenishment.
• Analyse sales data and contribute ideas for promotions, events and visual displays.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, loss prevention and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
