About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Healthcare Data

Review and interpret clinical, claims, utilization, quality, and operational datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Build Reports and Dashboards

Create clear, reliable dashboards and recurring reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.

Support Data Quality

Validate data accuracy, investigate inconsistencies, and work with internal teams to improve reporting integrity and healthcare data standards.

Deliver Actionable Insights

Translate complex findings into easy-to-understand summaries, presentations, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Monitor Performance Metrics

Track healthcare KPIs such as readmission rates, patient outcomes, claims trends, provider performance, utilization patterns, and cost drivers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data reporting, claims analysis, or population health reporting.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large healthcare datasets.
  • Experience with Excel, BI dashboards, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Understanding of healthcare terminology, claims data, HIPAA compliance, quality measures, or population health metrics.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to explain data clearly.
