About the Role

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking leisure, corporate, or specialty travel experiences. You will consult with travelers to understand their preferences, budget, and goals, then curate tailor‑made itineraries that include flights, accommodations, tours, and unique activities. Using advanced reservation systems and supplier relationships, you’ll ensure seamless bookings and provide ongoing support before, during, and after the trip. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will also be part of your routine, as you share insights that help shape new travel packages and promotional offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client consultations via phone, email, and video chat to capture travel desires and constraints.
• Research and recommend destinations, lodging, transportation, and activities that match client profiles.
• Build and manage complex itineraries using GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport) and direct supplier contacts.
• Process bookings, issue tickets, and handle modifications or cancellations with accuracy and speed.
• Provide proactive travel alerts, emergency assistance, and concierge services throughout the journey.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance options, and health advisories.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT > 90%).
• Contribute to team knowledge base by documenting best practices, destination guides, and supplier negotiations.

Requirements
