About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer you will own end‑to‑end delivery of core services that power our SaaS offering. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using languages such as Java, Go, or Node.js.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to production deployment and monitoring.
• Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, and end‑to‑end) to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid‑level and junior engineers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and observability tooling.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Go, Python, or Node.js) and experience building RESTful or gRPC APIs.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS).
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable code and implementing automated tests.
