About the Role

As the Electrical Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of materials, manage vendor relationships, and oversee logistics to job sites.
• Monitor construction progress, perform virtual site inspections, and issue change orders when necessary.
• Ensure all documentation—permits, inspections, as‑built records—is completed and archived per company policy.
• Identify potential issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate to senior leadership when required.
• Support the bidding process by preparing cost estimates, technical proposals, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing electrical projects in renewable energy, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with exposure to budgets of $2M‑$20M.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), IEC standards, and local permitting processes.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent communication skills—able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
