About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms

• Maintain detailed client records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred, or LCSAC/LSW certification eligible
• 2+ years of experience in substance abuse counseling or related field
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telehealth platforms

Salary Range

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year based on experience and qualifications. Additional performance bonuses and benefits included.
