About the Role

As a Remote Clinical Psychologist at MindBridge Behavioral Health, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality psychological services to clients across the United States. Our platform connects you with individuals seeking professional mental health support, allowing you to practice without the overhead of a traditional office.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations via secure video conferencing
• Provide individual therapy to diverse client populations using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in our HIPAA-compliant electronic health records system
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and care coordinators
• Participate in weekly case consultation meetings and ongoing professional development
• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in telehealth psychology

Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Current, unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist in at least one U.S. state
• Ability to obtain licensure in multiple states (we provide support for multi-state licensure)
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensing clinical experience

Salary & Compensation

We believe in transparent and competitive compensation. Clinical Psychologists on our team earn between $95,000 – $130,000 USD per year, depending on experience, licensure across multiple states, and session volume. Additionally, you may qualify for performance bonuses and incentives.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering maximum flexibility and tax advantages. You’ll receive weekly payments directly deposited into your account.
