Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• Current full licence as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCM, or equivalent) at Master’s level or higher.
• Registered with the appropriate New Zealand health board or professional body.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build therapeutic rapport remotely.
• Proficiency with video‑consultation software and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
