A Day in the Life of a Remote RN

  • Begin with a team huddle via secure video conference to review daily patient priorities and alerts from remote monitoring devices.
  • Conduct 15-30 minute synchronous video visits for follow-ups, medication management, and chronic disease education.
  • Review and triage incoming patient messages and biometric data (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, weight) from our platform, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Collaborate in real-time with primary care providers and pharmacists to adjust treatment plans.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
