In this role, you won’t be navigating highways; instead, you will be navigating complex supply chain challenges. You will act as the primary point of contact for our fleet of drivers, ensuring that every shipment is on time, every route is optimized for fuel efficiency, and every driver is supported throughout their journey. You are the strategist, the problem-solver, and the essential link between our clients and our physical assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Real-Time Fleet Monitoring: Utilize advanced GPS and telematics software to track vehicle locations and provide proactive updates to clients.
• Route Optimization: Plan and adjust delivery schedules to account for weather, traffic, and road closures, ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Driver Support & Communication: Serve as the primary remote contact for drivers on the road, assisting with navigation issues, rest stop planning, and emergency protocols.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital logs, electronic logging device (ELD) data, and driver hours-of-service (HOS) meet strict federal safety standards.
