About the Role

As a core member of our AI R&D division, you will move beyond theoretical models to build robust, production-grade intelligent systems. You’ll own the full lifecycle of AI projects—from data pipeline design and model experimentation to scalable deployment and performance monitoring. Working alongside product managers and domain experts, your work will directly influence our flagship platforms, serving millions of users. This is not a maintenance role; it’s a creation role for engineers who want to see their algorithms make a tangible difference.

Your Daily Impact Will Include:

• Designing, training, and optimizing deep learning models for diverse applications (e.g., predictive analytics, recommendation engines, autonomous systems).
• Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Conducting rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance and business impact.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, adhering to best practices for reproducibility and collaboration.
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to our internal knowledge-sharing culture.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years focused on machine learning/AI model development and deployment.
• Expert proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core machine learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to take complex projects from conception to production in a remote, collaborative setting.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• PhD in a relevant AI/ML field.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, or graph neural networks.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and data warehousing solutions.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or publications at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines specifically for ML (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX).

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in fair and competitive compensation that reflects your impact. For this role, the estimated total annual compensation range is $140,000 – $210,000 USD, commensurate with experience, expertise, and location-based adjustments. This includes a competitive base salary and an annual performance-based bonus.
