Requirements

Technical Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure support
• Strong understanding of server hardware, storage systems, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with remote monitoring tools such as Datadog, SolarWinds, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and basic troubleshooting
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is advantageous

Salary Range & Benefits
