About the Role

As a Remote Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and verification of structural systems for diverse projects. Your core responsibilities will include creating detailed structural models using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, or equivalent), performing calculations to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications, reviewing drawings and reports for accuracy and safety, and collaborating effectively with architects, contractors, and other engineers within our virtual team environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative structural solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
• Proven proficiency with structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, etc.) and engineering standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear virtual collaboration.
• Experience with structural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
