About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Laborer or Site Lead who is ready to move into a Remote Construction Project Coordinator position.

In this role, you won’t be hauling materials; instead, you will be the digital backbone of our job sites. You will act as the primary liaison between field crews, architects, and subcontractors. Your deep understanding of how a job site actually functions will be your greatest asset as you manage timelines, verify compliance, and ensure that materials arrive exactly when they are needed to prevent costly delays.

What You Will Do

Digital Site Coordination

You will utilize state-of-the-art project management software to track daily progress reports from field teams. By analyzing site photos and logs, you will identify potential bottlenecks before they become problems, ensuring the project remains on schedule.

Vendor & Logistics Management

You will handle the procurement of materials and coordinate with suppliers across the state. Your goal is to optimize the supply chain, ensuring that the laborers on-site have every tool and material required to maintain peak productivity.

Compliance & Documentation

You will manage the digital filing of permits, safety certifications, and blueprints. You will ensure that all remote documentation is up-to-date and compliant with Texas building codes and OSHA regulations, reducing risk and liability for the company.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Construction Laborer, Foreman, or Site Supervisor.
• A deep understanding of construction workflows, material types, and trade sequencing.
• Proven ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with project management tools (such as Procore, CoConstruct, or Monday.com).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for budget tracking.
