Headway is seeking a fully‑licensed Mental Health Therapist to join its remote network, helping therapists launch or expand private practices while accepting insurance. This remote role offers a fixed annual salary of $76,089.97.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based mental health therapy to clients via video or phone sessions.
• Assist therapists in onboarding to Headway’s platform, including insurance credentialing and billing support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Collaborate with the Headway operations team to improve service delivery and therapist satisfaction.
• Participate in optional supervision, peer‑review, and continuing professional development.

Required Qualifications

• Current full licence as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT or equivalent) at Master’s level or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑licensure clinical experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable conducting therapy remotely.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to Headway’s quality standards.
