About the Role

As a Remote Stocker and Order Filler, you’ll play a critical role in our supply chain operations by managing digital inventory systems, processing customer orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between our warehouse facilities and fulfillment centers—all from your home workspace. What You’ll Do

• Monitor and manage digital inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations using our proprietary inventory management software
• Process, prioritize, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and resolve discrepancies
• Track shipments and update customers on order status in a timely manner
• Identify inventory trends and report potential stock shortages or overstock situations
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and updates in our database systems
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with returns, refunds, and inventory reconciliation processes

Requirements

Technical Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree in logistics or business preferred)
• Stable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
• Basic proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) with excellent accuracy
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly

Schedule and Availability

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexible scheduling options available. Salary Range

$38,000 – $52,000 USD/year depending on experience and performance. Starting rate is $18-20/hour for qualified candidates with opportunities for raises and promotions based on performance metrics.
