About the Role

Essential Qualifications

- Proficient in remote management interfaces (iDRAC, iLO, IMM) and basic command-line operations (Linux/Windows).
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, fiber/copper cabling).
- Excellent documentation skills and discipline to follow strict procedural checklists.
- Must be a resident of and physically located in Florida, Texas, or California for tax and compliance purposes.

- Experience with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools like Nlyte or Sunbird.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range
$52,000 – $78,000 USD per year (Based on experience: Entry-level $52k-$60k, Mid-level $61k-$70k, Senior/Lead $71k-$78k)
